The Still Partners Story
Still Partners opened in June 2013 after a quick—yet major—overhaul of the old space. We ran it as a tavern for a year, with a wide array of craft beers, cocktails, and good music as often as possible. All the while we kept working towards the goal of getting the kitchen open and fixing all the little details.
Almost exactly a year later, we revamped the kitchen and maximized the workspace, transforming the bar into a gastropub serving up classic and inspiring edibles. We then added 8 red and 6 white wines by the glass.
Early in the evenings we are kid friendly, offering the little rats a classic kids' menu. On many nights we turn into a music venue, headlining some of Long Island's finest musicians and occasionally bands from out of state.
Still Partners' interior takes it's inspiration from classic pubs. It's full of craftsmanship by Ray Capone & Felix Tsiskakis, design by Hubert Poole, and the general can-do attitude of Dan Roth.
Our goal? To be the little pub that could.

On Sundays we do serve Omlettes and eggs as well as usual lunch fare.
